For any changes or rescheduling related to your reservation, please email us at info[at]pakohuonetarina.fi. We aim to reply to emails within 48 hours.

For matters other than booking changes, you can call us at +358 46 923 6046 (11 am – 6pm).

How to make a booking:

Select a date in the calendar and find the game you want to play. Choose an available time and the number of participants, then add the booking to your cart.

Fill in the required information and choose your preferred payment method. You can pay online through our website using cards and online banking methods supported by Frisbii Pay. By paying in advance, you receive an online booking discount of 5€ per player.

You can also choose to pay for the game in full on arrival. Invoicing is possible, and we prefer e-invoices. Unfortunately, cultural benefit payments for escape rooms ended on June 30, 2025.
